We undertake detailed reviews of KPIs, providing independent advice on whether the service provider is meeting the required standards. We ensure that service providers are measuring the right things and are focused on the outcomes that the client is seeking to achieve, reducing financial penalties and improving client relationships.
Where transformational change is required we manage complex change programmes and implement change to achieve a ‘step change’ in service provision, liking service performance through implementation of Customer Experience Programmes.
